Online Sales Return & Refunds Policy:                                                       . 

Any unused and unaltered item purchased from us, may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 7 days of you receiving your order with original receipt or packing slip.

   All RETURNS MUST: 

    ·       Be in their original condition, not worn, soiled, or wrinkled

• Include all original tags and product packaging
• Include a copy of the original order email or packing slip

All Returns must have a Return Authorization. Please Call 603-742-5453 or email skibumsnh@comcast.net to obtain an RA# good for 14 days. 

This RA# MUST appear on the shipping label.

Note!  Any Item returned without an RA# will be refused.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back

after obtaining an RA#.

 Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the credit card the purchase was made on within 2 days after the item is received.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise. If we believe the item has been used, altered or is not suitable to return to the sales floor we reserve the right to refuse the return.
